We at Coastal Flood Defense, LLC realize Living in Florida especially in a Flood zone it has become just as necessary to have flood protection as it is to have hurricane protection.
About The Owners- Ben & Dana Parker
Our Life & Business Experience
Ben is a 7th-generation Florida native. He took over a family business started in 1974 and has successfully run that local business for over 22 years. Ben’s wife Dana is a Michigan transplant from the age of 15. They both graduated from a local high school where they met. Ben and Dana raised 5 children.
Ben and Dana Chose the flood barrier protection company out of necessity. Due to hurricanes and flooding, 2022, 2023 & 2024 proved to be difficult years in Southwest Florida.
Living in a flood zone, Ben and Dana faced the threat of flood many times. There were no real options to protect their home, except a free pile of sand the county dumped at the beach complex and sandbags.
They watched friends and family flood two times in one year. Their favorite restaurants and places to visit were destroyed by flooding. They knew something had to be done for themselves and their community.
